Gears of war Horde

Like this game played it at a friends the horde mode is really good its kinda like zombies in cod5 where waves of beasts attack you!

i have heard that the Horde mode is one of the best bits about GOW2. I have also heard that the XBOX LIVE/ONLINE on Gears of War 2 is shocking with sooo many glitches and flaws/bugs. Am i correct about this??

I havnt experienced any of this while on online play. But the matchmaking is horrifically slow. First it finds a game then has to search for ages for people of the same rank as you. Very annoying!

Bet thats well annoying having to wait for ages to find a decent lobby. I guess that Gears of War just want you to play against people against who are the same rank as you.

It is very annoying. but at least you dont get smoked by somone loads of ranks above you.

I agree with Seano on the matchmaking for gears of war 2, everytime i feel like going online and chainsawing some people it takes about 20 minutes before i finally get into a match because you have to search for a team with similar skills to yours and then find an opposing team with similar skills to your team. Then after a match is done you can't stay in the same lobby instead you have to start matchmaking again in the end i get pissed off and go on another game. I think that this could be improved if it used the same idea as Halo 3 and had Social games wihtout ranks.

I think this matchmaking problem will be binned when Gears of War release a update/patched download out for it.

I hope so it takes the piss though it is still a great game.

guys, does it take loads of bullets to kill some one on GOW2 because on GOW1, everyone just used the chainsaw because it took the piss trying to kill someone with a gun. Is this the same on GOW2??

Takes wuite alot of bullets bout half a magazine. Chainsaw fucks them up though

Chainsaws are the easiest way to kill someone loving the blood and gore

yep the chainsaw is defienently a big selling feature in Gears of War 2. Wouldnt be suprised if other games start using the idea

You can get a gold gun as well if you buy the special edition.

The golden gun is pointless lol it just makes you a target for all the other people, i've experienced that first hand lol. I've heard they sell for loads on ebay as well, too late now i guess lmao.

Yea shlong you should have sold on ebay codes go for around £20 which is stupid as the special edition is only about £10 more!!

I wish i'd have found out sooner, i don't even like using the lancer assault rifle i just use it coz its gold lol i prefer the locust hammerburst its more powerful

People sell them on ebay for £20 - £30 so they must be real just don't know where to get the codes.

even though i said i would buy these codes for the golden guns i don't see why they sell for so much , its silly

I think it will be people with flashed xbox 360's who buy the backup game but then want the golden guns so they buy the code which works out cheaper.
